The Truth First!

We don’t carry God because we walk in love.

We carry Him because we have received Jesus Christ, and His Spirit lives in us.

• “Christ lives in you.” (Colossians 1:27)

• “The Spirit of God dwells in you.” (Romans 8:9)

So His presence in us comes first—it’s a gift, not something we earn.

✨ Where “walking in love” fits in The Truth First!

Walking in love is the evidence of Him within us.

When the Holy Spirit is in us, love naturally begins to flow out of us:

• “Walk in love…” (Ephesians 5:2)

• “God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit…” (Romans 5:5)

So it’s not:

👉 We carry Him by walking in love

It’s more like:

👉 Because we carry Him, we are able to walk in love

🌿 A clear, aligned way to say it

Here are a few ways you can phrase it beautifully and truthfully:

1. Most aligned

“We carry Him within us through Jesus, and we walk in love through His Spirit.”

2. Strong and simple

“Through Jesus, we carry Him within us—and His love flows through us.”

3. For apparel / message

“We carry Him within us. We walk in His love.”
