One Day, You’ll See Your Life in Completion

One day, we’ll look back and see our lives in completion—the victories, the mistakes, the prayers God answered, the doors He closed, the people we loved, the lessons we learned, and the moments that changed us.

So here’s a question worth asking today:

Who do you want to have become?

Not simply, What do you want to accomplish? Or What do you want to own? But who do you want to be when your journey is complete?

Make Room for God to Lead You

Sometimes we become so focused on where we’re trying to go that we forget to ask God where He wants to lead us.

Are you making room for Him?

Are you praying? Fasting? Seeking Him? Reading His Word? Asking the Holy Spirit to reveal the places where you need to grow?

One of the most powerful prayers we can pray is:

“God, show me where I’m wrong, correct me, and help me become who You created me to be.”

Because every one of us has areas that need growth. None of us gets everything right.

Only God is perfect.

And the beautiful thing is that God never asked us to figure out this life without Him.

Scripture tells us:

“In all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:6

Ask Him for wisdom. Ask Him for direction. Ask Him for correction. Ask Him to help you forgive, love, grow, change, and recognize His voice.

Then trust Him enough to follow when He answers.

Praise While You Wait

Sometimes God's direction comes quickly. Other times, there is a season of waiting.

Be patient in the waiting—and keep praising.

Don't allow the silence of a season to convince you that God isn't working.

And when the prayer is finally answered, the opportunity arrives, the healing begins, the door opens, or the direction becomes clear, remember the One you were calling on while you waited.

Don't only seek God for the answer. Seek God because you want God.

Keep Him at the center when life is difficult and when life is beautiful.

Carry Him With You

This is part of what Carry Him means to us.

We don't simply want to wear our faith. We want to live it.

To Carry Him is to invite God into our decisions, relationships, dreams, businesses, mistakes, successes, and everyday lives—and allow His love to transform how we treat others along the way.

So keep praying.

Keep seeking.

Keep growing.

Keep loving.

Keep allowing God to correct and lead you.

And when you finally look back over the beautiful story of your life, may you be able to see that through every season, God was there—and you kept choosing to Carry Him.
